Need Floor Protection on Tube-Leg Furniture?

Tube plugs and end caps finish the open end of a hollow leg. On their own they don’t protect the floor. For furniture that stays put on hard floors, stick a self-adhesive pad onto the capped end. For chairs and tables that get dragged, add self-adhesive glides or slides at the floor-contact points. And if you fitted threaded-insert plugs, thread an adjustable leveling foot straight in to level on uneven floors. On hardwood, this aligns with NWFA guidance for floor protection.
