About This Agreement
Welcome to the Superior Glide website (the “Site”). The Site and the products sold through it are operated by Infinifi LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Superior Glide, with its principal place of business at 1401 Beulah Road, Suite 112, Winter Garden, FL 34787, United States. References in these Terms to “Superior Glide,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Infinifi LLC d/b/a Superior Glide.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and the purchase of our products. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including both consumers (“Consumers”) and businesses (“Businesses”).
2. Products and Services
Superior Glide offers furniture floor protection products for purchase through the Site. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
We accept various payment methods as displayed on the Site. Payment is due at the time of order placement.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if your order is canceled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout.
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 10-day return window for most products.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging in “as new” condition.
Custom-made, made-to-order, and special-order products are not eligible for returns.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
We will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content and materials included on the Site (including logos, trademarks, and copyrights) are the intellectual property of Infinifi LLC or its licensors. You may not use any intellectual property without our express written permission.

- Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Superior Glide or others
- Transmit any viruses or other harmful code through the Site

Superior Glide disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Superior Glide does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinifi LLC d/b/a Superior Glide will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or the products, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinifi LLC d/b/a Superior Glide regarding your use of the Site.
