Most floor protection is sold in two or three sizes and a bag of assorted discs. That is why so much of it fails. A protector smaller than the leg leaves the leg edge touching the floor. One larger than the leg overhangs, catches on rugs and thresholds, and levers itself off within a month.
Everything here is sized. Six lines, over a thousand sizes, in round, square and rectangular, so what you fit sits flush with the leg base or very slightly inside it. Never larger.
The leg decides the shape and the fixing. Solid wood takes a nail-on glide, tapped in with a rubber mallet. Chrome and powder-coated legs cannot be pierced, so they take self-adhesive. A hollow tube takes a plug that closes the end. A threaded leg takes a leveling foot.
The floor decides the face. Smooth hard floors take a PA6 glide. Carpet and rugs take a hard ABS slide that rides on top of the pile. Textured tile and deep grout lines take a slide, not a glide. Anything that must not move takes rubber.
If you are not sure of either, the sizing guide shows you where to measure. Most returns in this industry are sizing mistakes rather than product failures, which is the whole reason it exists.
