The leveling foot range starts at Ø 20 mm on the low-profile base and goes up to Ø 50 mm on the wide base. But some furniture and fixtures have legs, posts, or mounting points under 15 mm in diameter where even a Ø 20 base would be disproportionately large. Mini adjustable leveling feet go smaller: Ø 13 mm, the smallest base in the entire range. At this scale, the foot is barely larger than the M6 threaded rod itself, sitting almost invisibly under small legs, thin posts, and compact fixtures.
Ø 13 mm POM (polyoxymethylene) base at 6 mm height. Zinc-plated steel M6 threaded rod. Static load capacity: 60 kg per foot. Mini adjustable leveling feet are small leveling feet for furniture and fixtures where anything larger would be visually or physically disproportionate. Rod lengths 15 and 20 mm. Black. Sold individually.
Mini adjustable leveling feet are available in two rod lengths on the same Ø 13 mm base with M6 thread. Choose the rod length that matches your floor’s unevenness.
Shorter rod for nearly level surfaces. Fine adjustment. 60 kg per foot. Weight: 6.2 g. Black. For precision fixtures, small display cases, and applications where the floor is relatively flat and only minor leveling is needed.
Longer rod for slightly more adjustment range. 60 kg per foot. Weight: 6.9 g. Black. For small furniture and fixtures on floors with minor to moderate unevenness where the additional 5 mm of rod provides meaningful extra leveling range.
For a larger small base, see ultra-low profile Ø 25 mm (M8/M10). For the next size up with more thread options, see low-profile Ø 20 mm (M4/M6). For standard furniture sizes, see standard base (Ø 30/45 mm, M6 to M12). For custom mini configurations, contact Business Solutions.
Every other leveling foot in the range uses PA (polyamide) for the body. Mini adjustable leveling feet use POM (polyoxymethylene). At the Ø 13 mm scale, POM provides advantages that PA cannot match.
POM has higher stiffness than PA. At Ø 13 mm, the base is only 133 mm² of floor contact. Under a 60 kg load, the pressure per square millimeter is 0.45 kg/mm², which is significantly higher than larger bases. POM’s superior dimensional stability prevents deformation at this pressure concentration. POM also has a lower coefficient of friction than PA, allowing smooth floor contact despite the small surface area. Mini leveling feet M6 that maintain precision at the smallest scale.
Ø 13 mm is roughly the diameter of an average adult fingertip. The entire leveling foot, including the base and the threaded rod, is about the size of a small bolt. This is by design: mini adjustable leveling feet serve applications where the mounting point is itself very small. Here is how it compares to every other base in the range.
Ø 13 mm. 133 mm² contact. The smallest.
Ø 20 to 25 mm. 314 to 491 mm². Small to compact.
Ø 30 to 50 mm. 707 to 1,964 mm². Standard to large.
At 133 mm², the mini base provides 2.4 times less floor contact than the next smallest base (Ø 20 at 314 mm²). This is appropriate for the lightweight furniture and fixtures that mini adjustable leveling feet serve, where the total furniture weight is typically under 20 kg and the 60 kg per foot capacity provides a generous safety margin. 13 mm base leveling feet for the smallest applications in the catalog.
The same leveling function as every foot in the range, scaled to the smallest furniture and fixtures. The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) recommends protective contact surfaces on all furniture legs, and mini adjustable leveling feet provide a POM contact surface at the smallest possible scale.
The primary function. Small display cases wobble on uneven surfaces. Instrument stands tilt. Precision equipment housings need to sit perfectly level for accurate readings or operation. Mini adjustable leveling feet provide the threaded height adjustment that these small items need, at a scale that matches their dimensions. Compact adjustable leveling feet that bring the full leveling function down to the smallest furniture and fixture category.
On furniture with legs under 15 mm, a Ø 20 mm base extends visibly beyond the leg on all sides. A Ø 13 mm base stays proportional. The foot looks intentional, not like an oversized attachment. Unlike leaving thin-legged furniture without any floor contact protection, the mini foot provides leveling and floor protection at the right visual scale.
Laboratory instruments, electronic equipment enclosures, control panels, and measurement devices that need precise leveling for accurate operation. The POM body provides the dimensional stability these applications demand. A leveling foot that deforms slightly under load can introduce a tilt that affects instrument accuracy. POM resists this deformation at the concentrated loads that the Ø 13 mm base experiences.
Even small furniture can scratch floors. A thin metal leg or post concentrates weight on a tiny contact point. The POM base spreads that contact across the full Ø 13 mm area and provides a smooth, low-friction surface that does not scratch finished floors. POM’s low coefficient of friction means the small base slides smoothly when the furniture is repositioned rather than catching or scraping.
Same screw-in process as every leveling foot, but at a smaller scale. The M6 thread engages the same way as larger threads. The small base makes alignment straightforward because there is minimal overhang to manage.
Mini adjustable leveling feet are not just for furniture. They serve a broad range of OEM and industrial applications where small equipment or enclosures need adjustable leveling at a compact scale.
Rack-mounted equipment, desktop enclosures, control panels, network switches, and small server housings. These items often have M6 tapped mounting points on the bottom for leveling feet. Mini adjustable leveling feet screw directly into these M6 points. The POM base provides clean, non-marking contact on desktops, shelves, and equipment racks. The 6 mm base height adds minimal total height to the equipment while providing fine leveling adjustment.
Precision scales, analytical instruments, sample preparation stations, and small medical devices that need to sit perfectly level on a bench surface. The POM body resists laboratory chemicals, does not absorb moisture, and maintains dimensional stability in temperature-controlled environments. Mini adjustable leveling feet provide the micro-adjustment that these applications demand at a scale that matches the equipment’s compact footprint.
For equipment manufacturers and designers, mini adjustable leveling feet simplify the specification. Two SKUs: M6 x 15 and M6 x 20 mm. Same Ø 13 base on both. Choose the rod length based on the surface unevenness the equipment will encounter. For equipment that sits on precision-machined surfaces (granite tables, optical benches), the 15 mm rod provides enough fine adjustment. For equipment on general-purpose surfaces (desks, countertops, workbenches), the 20 mm rod handles the wider range of surface unevenness.
On product lines where multiple equipment sizes share the same M6 mounting point standard, mini adjustable leveling feet provide consistent leveling across the entire product family. One foot design serves the smallest control panel and the largest desktop enclosure as long as all use M6 mounting points. For OEM pricing and volume orders, visit Business Solutions.
The 5 mm difference between the two rod options may seem small, but at the mini scale, it represents a 33% increase in adjustment range. Choose based on where the equipment will sit and how uneven that surface is likely to be.
For equipment on optical benches, granite tables, precision machined surfaces, and high-quality laboratory countertops. These surfaces are nearly flat and only need fine adjustment to compensate for micro-unevenness. The 15 mm rod provides this fine range without excessive protrusion below the equipment when the foot is at minimum extension.
For equipment on standard desks, countertops, workbenches, and shelves that may have moderate unevenness. The 20 mm rod provides 33% more adjustment range than the 15 mm, handling the wider variation in surface flatness found on general-purpose surfaces. If you are unsure which to choose, the 20 mm provides more flexibility at the cost of slightly more rod visible below the equipment at minimum extension.
POM body instead of the PA used on all other leveling feet. Zinc-plated steel rod for the threaded connection. The material change reflects the specific demands of the smallest base size in the range.
The Ø 13 mm POM base at 6 mm height provides 133 mm² of floor contact. POM is stiffer than PA, with excellent dimensional stability and low friction. The base maintains its shape under the concentrated pressure that the small contact area creates. POM does not absorb moisture, which means the base dimensions do not change with humidity, an important property for precision leveling applications.
M6 thread, 15 and 20 mm rod lengths. Zinc plating provides corrosion resistance for standard indoor use. The M6 thread at 60 kg per foot handles all furniture and fixtures in the weight range that a Ø 13 mm base serves. For stainless steel rods, see stainless steel rod leveling feet (M6 available on Ø 30 base).
Low-profile Ø 20 is the next size up, with M4 (20 kg) and M6 (60 kg) threads. Choose mini when Ø 20 is still too large for the leg or mounting point. Choose low-profile Ø 20 when you need a slightly larger base with the same or lighter thread options.
Ultra-low profile has the same 6 mm base height but at Ø 25 mm with M8/M10 threads. Nearly double the diameter and nearly quadruple the contact area. Choose ultra-low when the priority is a thin profile on standard-size legs. Choose mini when the priority is the smallest possible footprint on very small legs.
Ball-joint leveling feet come in Ø 10 mm with M4 thread (even smaller than mini). But ball-joint has a spherical contact point for swivel leveling, not a flat base. Choose ball-joint for point-contact leveling on irregular surfaces. Choose mini for flat-base contact with a standard leveling approach.
Laboratory instruments, electronic test equipment, precision scales, control panel housings, and any technical equipment that needs to sit level on a countertop or workbench surface. In laboratory settings, a tilted instrument can affect measurement accuracy. Mini adjustable leveling feet provide the fine adjustment needed to level equipment precisely on surfaces that are not perfectly flat. The POM body resists the chemicals commonly found in laboratory environments. Available for OEM and bulk orders. For commercial pricing, visit Business Solutions.
Jewelry display cases in retail stores, museum artifact display stands, small accent tables in hotels, decorative plant stands, and any small furniture or fixture where the leveling foot must match the scale of the piece. On a delicate display case with Ø 10 mm steel rod legs, a Ø 13 mm mini foot sits proportionally under the leg with only 1.5 mm of overhang on each side. For furniture with round or square threaded inserts with M6 threads, mini adjustable leveling feet provide the smallest possible leveling solution.
The Ø 13 mm base is very small and easy to overlook during visual inspections. Run a finger under each leg or mounting point to confirm the foot is still seated and tight. The small base can pick up dust and debris that affects floor contact on precision applications. Wipe the POM base clean periodically, especially in laboratory and clean room environments where particle contamination matters.
Mini adjustable leveling feet are sold individually for single-foot replacement. The POM base does not degrade from standard cleaning chemicals, UV exposure, or moisture. POM does not absorb water, so the base maintains its exact dimensions in humid environments. If the zinc plating on the rod shows corrosion, replace the foot. Keep replacement stock on hand for precision equipment where a missing or damaged leveling foot affects instrument accuracy.
Low-Profile Ø 20/30 mm: M4 to M10, 20 variations.
Ultra-Low Profile Ø 25 mm: M8/M10, 6 mm height.
Ball-Joint: Ø 10 mm option, spherical contact.
Smooth-Base: rib-free base for sliding. Sold in multiples of 4.

POM (polyoxymethylene) has higher stiffness, lower friction, and better dimensional stability than PA. At Ø 13 mm, the base is very small, and any deformation under load would be proportionally significant. POM maintains its shape and dimensions precisely under sustained compressive load, which matters when the entire contact area is only 133 mm². POM is also the preferred material for precision mechanical components where tight tolerances are required.
Very small or lightweight furniture: side tables with thin legs, display pedestals, jewelry cases, instrument stands, electronic equipment housings, control panels, small shelving units, and precision fixtures. Any application where the leg or mounting point is under 15 mm in diameter and a larger foot would extend visibly beyond the leg edge.
60 kg per foot means 240 kg on four legs. This covers virtually any furniture small enough to need a Ø 13 mm base. A small side table might weigh 5 to 10 kg. A display case might weigh 20 kg. 60 kg per foot provides a generous safety margin for the furniture category that this leveling foot serves.
Mini adjustable leveling feet use M6 thread. They are compatible with any M6 round threaded insert (Ø 28 mm) or M6 square threaded insert (20 × 20 mm). However, the Ø 13 mm base is much smaller than those insert diameters, so the foot will be visually recessed under the leg. This product is intended for applications with proportionally small mounting points.
Ultra-low profile has a Ø 25 mm base at 6 mm height with M8/M10 threads. Mini has a Ø 13 mm base at 6 mm height with M6 thread. Same base height, but ultra-low is almost twice the diameter. Choose mini when the base must be as small as possible. Choose ultra-low when the base should be low but still provide more contact area.
