For the trade · Dealers, designers, installers

The part your customer would have bought wrong.

Flooring retailers, contract furniture dealers, interior designers and installers all get asked the same question at handover: what goes under the chair legs. A trade account puts the right answer, sized to the leg and matched to the floor, in your hands instead of the hardware store’s.

Who this is for

Three trades, one handover moment.

Flooring retailers and installers

The callback three months after an install is often a felt pad full of grit. Tell us the floors you lay and the legs you meet, and we work out the handover part with you.

Contract furniture dealers

Glides are an attachment sale and a warranty reducer on chairs you already sell. One spec per chair model, on file, reordered by email.

Interior designers and architects

You specify, someone else buys. Written specifications with material, mounting and floor compatibility, so the part survives the value-engineering pass.

How a trade account works

Set up by email, run by spec.

01  Tell us about the work

What you install, sell or specify, roughly how often, and the floors you meet most.

02  Spec and samples

The stocked sizes with the leg ranges they fit, one glide, one slide, one pad, and a one-page sheet on which face suits which floor.

03  Quote and account

Everything commercial is arranged with you directly by email once we know the work.

04  Reorder by spec

Job sheets or chair models on file. Ship to you, to site, or drop-ship to the homeowner.

Straight answers

Questions from the trade.

Can you drop-ship to my customer?

Yes. Send the job sheet with the delivery address and we ship direct, or order online with their address.

The in-stock sizes cover much of the leg range on dining chairs, stools and side tables. Once we know the legs you meet most, we can narrow it to the few worth carrying.

Yes. Material, dimensions, mounting method and floor compatibility in writing for every part you specify; data sheets on request.

By email, once we know the work. Nothing commercial is published on the site.

Ready when you are

Tell us the floors you meet. We send the card.

Floor types, the kind of work, and the legs you see most often.
