The problem
Chairs stacked and unstacked daily on sealed hardwood or LVT. A sized PA6 glide moves silently and does not hold grit against the finish.
Chair events on a finished maple floor. Nail-on glides with a tubular rivet stay attached; the face, not the rivet, is what meets the floor.
Steel-tube chairs on vinyl. A tube plug with a floor-contact face replaces the missing or broken original and the tennis ball.
What goes where
Every card links to the line. Sizes and mountings are on the product pages; the quote names them for you.
Plugs for hollow legs, sized to the tube; threaded inserts with a foot where a fixed height matters.
Nail-on glides for wood legs, self-adhesive for metal, sized to the leg base.
Sled base glides that clip to the runner. The part that is usually missing by year three.
Proof
Send the chair models and counts by building in the spring. We come back with a spec sheet, samples of the recommended parts for the facilities team to try on the actual chairs, and a quote with the ship date in writing for the summer window. Vendor registration forms and a W-9 on request.
How buying works
Floor type, furniture type, a rough count. A photo of a leg with a ruler beside it saves a round of email.
Once we know the furniture and the floor, we put the product, size and mounting in writing and send samples of what we recommend. Free for businesses.
The quote says which sizes are in stock and which are made to order, with the ship date in writing.
Reply to the quote and we set the order up by email, the way your business normally buys. Reorders run off the spec on file.

Yes. Once the spec is agreed we set the order up with purchasing by email. Vendor registration and W-9 on request.
Send the manufacturer and model and a photo of the leg. We size to the leg, so a cross-reference is usually quick.
Nail-on glides tap in with a mallet, plugs press in, and self-adhesive glides are wipe, peel, press. Samples come with the one-page fitting sheet.
Sizes marked In stock ship nationwide. Larger quantities in other sizes are produced in a run; the quote states the ship date in writing so you can plan the window around it.
