Metal, plastic, and hollow tube legs that slide on smooth floors need grip, not glide. But they can’t accept a nail-on rivet either. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides solve both problems: NR+CR (natural rubber + chloroprene rubber) grips the floor without scratching, staining, or marking, while EHBF acrylic foam adhesive bonds to any clean, smooth round surface. Non-slip stick-on glides that hold position on hardwood, tile, laminate, vinyl, and stone.
Peel the backing, center the glide, press firmly. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides come in 5 sizes from Ø 23 mm to Ø 75 mm. Anti-slip adhesive protectors for wood, metal, plastic, chrome, powder-coated steel, and composite legs. Rubber self-adhesive glides that grip without staining. Stick-on installation makes grip glides accessible to everyone. For any round leg material. Sold in multiples of 4.
Five diameters cover every standard round furniture leg. The glide should be slightly smaller than the leg diameter so it stays hidden beneath the leg edge. If your measurement lands on a boundary, choose the smaller round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glide.

For solid wood legs, round anti-slip nail-on furniture glides use a tubular rivet instead of adhesive. For smooth gliding instead of grip, round self-adhesive furniture glides use PA6 fiber. For bulk orders, visit Business Solutions.
Same measurement process as the Smooth Glide range. The most common mistake is guessing the leg size. A glide that’s too large overhangs and peels. A glide that’s too small leaves the leg perimeter in direct contact with the floor. With 5 sizes, measuring takes 30 seconds.
Lay the piece on its side or turn it upside down. You need full access to the flat bottom face of each leg, where the round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glide will bond.
Use a ruler or calipers across the widest point of the leg base. For tapered legs, measure at the very bottom. The base is the only measurement that matters.
Select the round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glide whose range includes your measurement. If you’re on a boundary, go with the smaller size so the glide stays inside the leg edge.
No tools. No drilling. No hardware. Every round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glide comes with EHBF adhesive pre-applied. Peel the backing, center the glide, press firmly. Stick-on installation makes it simple for any leg material.
The NR+CR rubber compound in round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides is not commodity rubber. Natural rubber (NR) provides high-friction grip. Chloroprene rubber (CR) adds UV resistance, chemical stability, and prevents the staining that cheap rubber causes on light-colored hardwood. The blend is formulated for sustained floor contact without degradation.
NR+CR rubber has a high coefficient of friction against smooth hard surfaces. The rubber deforms microscopically into the floor’s surface texture and resists lateral movement. The grip is proportional to weight: heavier furniture grips harder. This makes round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides especially effective under heavy items like bar stools, accent tables, and display furniture, where even small movements are a problem.
The CR component prevents the chemical staining that pure natural rubber causes on polyurethane-finished hardwood, light-colored vinyl, and sealed stone. NR+CR will not yellow, harden, or crack under normal indoor conditions. It won’t transfer color to the floor. And unlike silicone-based anti-slip products, NR+CR doesn’t leave residue when the glide is removed. Anti-slip adhesive protectors that grip without damaging the finish.
NR+CR rubber is chemically stable and non-staining on all sealed floor finishes. The National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) recommends furniture protectors on every leg as a primary hardwood maintenance step. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides meet that standard while adding controlled grip.
Three components. One grips your floor. One bonds the glide to your furniture leg. One sits between them and distributes the load. Here’s what makes these rubber self-adhesive glides different from cheap rubber caps and generic anti-slip products.
Blended rubber compound formulated for sustained floor contact. Natural rubber provides a high-friction grip proportional to furniture weight. Chloroprene rubber adds UV stability, chemical resistance, and prevents the staining that pure NR causes on polyurethane finishes. Unlike cheap rubber products that stain and degrade, NR+CR maintains its grip and chemical stability long-term without discoloring the floor.
EHBF is a closed-cell acrylic foam tape that bonds the ABS platform to any smooth leg surface. Unlike commodity double-sided tape that peels under lateral stress, EHBF builds bond strength progressively and resists the creep that peels cheap adhesive off furniture legs. The closed-cell foam conforms to minor surface irregularities.
The rigid circular disc between the NR+CR surface and the EHBF adhesive layer. Distributes compression load evenly across the full glide surface. Prevents the rubber from deforming under heavy sustained weight, maintaining a consistent grip across the entire contact area.
If round-legged furniture on metal or plastic frames slides when it shouldn’t, and a nail-on rivet isn’t possible, here’s how round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides compare.
Generic rubber caps use unformulated natural rubber that stains polyurethane finishes, yellows under UV, and hardens over time until the grip disappears. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides use NR+CR blended rubber that won’t stain, won’t yellow, and maintains a consistent grip long-term. The ABS platform prevents the deformation that causes cheap caps to lose their shape.
Same NR+CR surface, same ABS platform. The difference is mounting. Round anti-slip nail-on furniture glides use a tubular rivet for solid wood legs, providing the strongest possible bond. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides use EHBF adhesive for metal, plastic, chrome, hollow tube, or any leg where a rivet isn’t possible. Choose based on leg material.
Silicone provides moderate grip but leaves oily residue on floor finishes that attracts dust and changes the floor’s appearance. NR+CR rubber in round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides provides a stronger grip without residue transfer. Clean removal when the glide is eventually replaced.
Same ABS platform, same EHBF adhesive, same sizes. Opposite function. Round self-adhesive furniture glides use PA6 for furniture that needs to move freely. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides use NR+CR for furniture that must stay put. Choose based on the job: movement or grip.
Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides share the same ABS platform and EHBF adhesive as the Smooth Glide range. The only difference is the contact surface, which determines whether furniture holds position or moves freely.
High-friction NR+CR rubber for round-legged furniture that must stay put. Bar stools, accent tables, and display furniture on metal, plastic, or hollow tube legs. Non-slip stick-on glides for furniture where movement is a problem. This is the product you are viewing.
Low-friction PA6 fiber for round-legged furniture that repositions regularly. Dining chairs, kitchen chairs, desk seating. Anything that should move silently.
Both variants use the same ABS platform and EHBF acrylic foam adhesive. Only the floor-contact surface differs: NR+CR for grip, PA6 for movement.
The glide shape must match the leg cross-section. All three anti-slip shapes use the same NR+CR surface, ABS platform, and EHBF adhesive.
For circular, turned, tapered, and cylindrical legs. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides come in 5 sizes from Ø 23 mm to Ø 75 mm.
For equal-sided square legs. Full corner-to-corner grip. 5 sizes from 23 × 23 mm to 75 × 75 mm.
For rectangular legs with unequal sides. 33 × 19 mm.
Any situation where round non-wood legs meet smooth, hard flooring, and the furniture must not move. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides are the professional-grade non-slip stick-on glides for metal, plastic, and composite round-legged furniture when cheap rubber stains, silicone leaves residue, and nail-on rivets aren’t possible.
Chrome and metal bar stools that slide across kitchen tile are the single most common residential application. Accent tables that drift on polished hardwood. Metal plant stands, display pedestals, and any round-legged metal or plastic furniture that shifts when it shouldn’t. Stick-on installation puts grip within reach of every homeowner.
Restaurant bar stools on polished concrete. Hotel lobby accent tables. Retail display fixtures and showroom furniture. Gallery and museum display stands. Healthcare waiting room furniture. Round anti-slip self-adhesive furniture glides are available in bulk for venue fit-outs. For commercial pricing, visit Business Solutions.
Identical NR+CR surface and ABS platform. ZnFe tubular rivet instead of EHBF adhesive, for solid wood legs where maximum mechanical hold is preferred.
Same ABS platform and EHBF adhesive. PA6 surface instead of NR+CR, for round-legged furniture that needs to move freely.

No. The chloroprene (CR) component in the NR+CR blend specifically prevents the chemical staining that pure natural rubber causes on vinyl, hardwood, and other sealed surfaces. This includes light-colored luxury vinyl plank, white vinyl tile, and light oak hardwood. Generic rubber caps from hardware stores use unformulated rubber that does stain.
Significantly more. NR+CR rubber has a much higher coefficient of friction against smooth hard floors than PA6 fiber. The grip is proportional to weight: heavier furniture holds more firmly. A heavy bar stool on polished tile will resist lateral pushing force that would easily slide a PA6-equipped stool. If you need furniture to move freely, use PA6 Smooth Glide instead.
Generally not. Anti-slip glides are designed to resist movement. Pushing a dining chair equipped with NR+CR rubber requires noticeably more effort than pushing a PA6-equipped chair. For dining chairs, round self-adhesive furniture glides with PA6 fiber are the better choice. Anti-slip is best for furniture that should stay put: bar stools, accent tables, display furniture.
No. The NR+CR and PA6 surfaces are bonded to the ABS platform during manufacturing and cannot be swapped in-place. To switch, remove the current glide (twist and pull), clean the leg with isopropyl alcohol, and install the correct variant. Both use the same EHBF adhesive and bond to the same surfaces.
They work, but the grip may be excessive. NR+CR rubber conforms to surface texture, and on rough floors the interlocking between rubber and floor can make furniture extremely difficult to reposition. For rough or textured floors, round self-adhesive furniture slides with ABS base are usually the better option. Anti-slip glides perform best on smooth, sealed surfaces.
